When you exercise, it is important to stay hydrated. Here are a few simple and natural electrolyte recipes which can take the place of other beverages:

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 whole squeeze orange juice
  • 1 litre of water

 

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 litre water

 

  • 1/3 cup pure berry or apple juice
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • 2 lemon halves squeezed into a glass
  • 2 orange halves added
  • Squirt of honey
  • Four shakes of salt
  • Fill glass with water and drink
