1 scoop of protein powder (ex. brown rice protein, hemp protein, whey protein (ensure good source and no sensitivity to it)

1/2 cup avocado

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup pineapple

3/4 cup water (or as needed)

2 cups spinach
