Baking traditional desserts often involves refined sugars and flours which can make you feel great immediately, but can cause a lot of digestive upset, contribute to developing chronic conditions or aggravate current illnesses. On the other hand, desserts are very delicious. This section was developed to promote the art of baking, and the recipes have been adjusted to contain as minimal refined sugars, flours and gluten as possible.
