Yes, fruit is dessert…
~ 1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Fruit (apple slices, pineapple slices, mangos, fresh pear slices)
- In a frying pan melt coconut oil, approx. 1 tbsp.
- Add your maple syrup.
- Then sauté your fruit for about 1 minute until all fruit is heated and slightly coated.
- Garnish with unsweetened coconut and serve.
