Grilled fruit

~ 1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Fruit (apple slices, pineapple slices, mangos, fresh pear slices)

Method

  1. In a frying pan melt coconut oil, approx. 1 tbsp.
  2. Add your maple syrup.
  3. Then sauté your fruit for about 1 minute until all fruit is heated and slightly coated.
  4. Garnish with unsweetened coconut and serve.
