Brussel Sprouts are part of the Cruciferous family of vegetables, like Kale. Try this quick easy side dish to go with your main dishes.
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
1 lb brussel sprouts
1 medium onion sliced
Coarse sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the end stub off of each brussel sprout and wash.
- Mix your brussel sprouts and onions together and toss with coconut oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are soft.
