Avocado Open Faced Sandwich

2 slices of gluten free or 100% rye bread

hummus spread

cucumber slices

broccoli sprouts

Avocado slices

sea salt

pepper

Method 

  1. One each slice of bread, spread a thin layer of hummus on the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of cucumber slices.
  3. Layer on broccoli sprouts.
  4. Add your slices of avocado.
  5. sprinkle sea salt and pepper.
