This salad has components of a traditional Greek Salad, but has been altered to add more variety of vegetables to the dish.
Hearty Greek Salad
1 cucumber chopped into triangles (one slice of cucumber cut into four)
1 pint cherry tomatoes (each tomato cut in half)
1 red pepper chopped into squares
6-8 small radishes quartered
200g of Goat Feta cubed
1/2 cup of pitted kalamata olives from the olive bar
3 stalks of green onions chopped
- Chop your cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper and radishes and place into a big bowl.
- Chop your green onions and place into the bowl
- Cube your goat feta and add to bowl
- Lastly, pour your olives with a little bit of olive juice to the salad mixture
- Mix and serve.
