Mason Jar Salad
1/4 cup Chickpeas
1/2 Red Peppers diced
1 cup Spinach chopped
1 Green Onion stalk chopped
1/4 cucumber diced
1/4 cup brocoli sprouts/ alphalpha sprouts
Layer all your vegetables in a mason jar and take to work!
