Frozen grapes are a great low calorie snack, especially on a hot summer’s day or after a workout or when you feel like something that is refreshing.

Frozen Grapes



Seedless green or red grapes

Flat Tray: ex. Cookie Sheet


  1. Wash your grapes very well to make sure most of the pesticides are rinsed off.
  2. Dry your grapes
  3. Line a cookie sheet, tray, or flat dish with grapes separated
  4. Freeze for 4 hours
  5. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer.
