The more colour you can add the better. This recipe contains fruits that have a cooling and refreshing effect on the body. While the dark berries provide many antioxidants, the pineapple acts as anti-inflammatory. Overall a great addition to add in your day.
1 pint strawberries (Fresh)
1 pint blackberries or blueberries
1 -2 cup seedless grapes cut in half or whole
1/2 cucumber cubed
1/2 pineapple cubed
walnuts, almonds or hemp hearts (optional)
Cut up your fruit and mix it all together in a bowl
Serve with hemp hearts sprinkled on top.
