Spicy Kale Chips

Spicey Kale Chips


 3 cups of organic kale

1-2 tbsp cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil

2-3 tbsp raw organic hemp seeds

 Dry Mix

1 tsp Paprika

¼ tsp Chipotle powder

¼ tsp Cumin

1 pinch of sea salt


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree
  2. Rinse & dry kale, then chop into medium sized chunks
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place dried kale bites on baking sheet spread out into a single layer
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle kale with 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  6. Sprinkle kale with 2-3 tbsp of hemp seed
  7. Add kale into a zip-lock bag with dry mix and give it a good shake
  8. Place into a bowel and enjoy!
