You can find all these ingredients at a bulk food store. Trail mix is a great snack as it adds variety and flavour in one bite.

Trail Mix Recipe



1 cup of raw almonds

1 cup of raw walnuts

1 cup of raw cashews

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of cranberries

1/2 cup of raisins

1/2 cup of chopped dates

1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)

Mix all together and snack on!
